She has led the acquisition and disposition of over 20,000 residential assets across the Southeast and Midwest, achieving more than $2.9 billion in sales. With extensive experience serving financial institutions since the savings and loan crisis of the 1990s, Rasmus has built expertise working with banks, mortgage servicers, and both public and private Real Estate Investment Trusts.
