Setting up an official page for your business on Google’s emerging social network is a great way to position your organization to take advantage of the momentum that the search engine giant is putting behind it’s latest social venture. Luckily, Google has made a streamlined & simple process for setting up new Google+ Pages. Here’s a quick overview.
Step 1. Sign Into Google+
Just like in real life, where people create businesses, individual Google+ users create & manage Google Plus Business Pages. So, don’t set up a new profile, or create a new Google account for your Google+ business page – just log in as yourself. If you don’t have an account, create one! (Just be sure to create this Google Account for yourself – not your company.)
Step 2. Create Your Google+ Page
Visit: http://plus.google.com/pages/create and just follow the on-screen instructions!
Select a category, enter some basic information, then read & agree to the terms. Once you submit, you’ll add a tagline & a profile image for your business Google+ page.
Step 3. Promote Your New Google+ Page!
Google even helps you get started here by allowing you to immediately publish your new Business Google+ Page to your circles. Then, Google provides several other options for sharing your organization’s new Google+ Page & spreading the word about your new social networking presence.

How to Edit Google+ Business Pages After You Build Them:
Log into Google+ with the account used to create the page. Click the small arrow to the right of your profile picture – that houses a drop-down list of all your Google+ Business Pages. Select the one you want to manage, and you’ll be using Google+ as your page. If you want to interact with your audience, group users into Google+ Circles, etc. you’re all set!
To Edit your Google+ Business Page profile, click the “Profile” icon from the top, center of your screen. Then, click the “Edit Profile” button in blue to the right.
How to Make Other Users Admins of a Google+ Business Page:
Sorry, Charlie, you can’t actually do this on Google+… Yet. It appears that Google’s already working on adding this functionality, though.
Do the Users in My Personal Google+ Circles See My Page’s Activity?
Not unless they want to! Business Google+ Pages are separate from individual pages, so your circles won’t be bombarded by your Page’s messages (unless they choose to follow or add the business to their own Google+ Circles).
