About the Client
MVLS provides free (and in some cases low cost) legal representation to Marylanders with limited income. They also provide free legal help for community-based nonprofits that are working to strengthen low-income communities in Maryland.
Client Needs
The goal for the MVLS website was to communicate clearly with two distinct groups of users which the organization services – Marylanders with limited income that require legal representations, and Maryland lawyers seeking to provide pro bono legal services.
Technology Used
The design of MVLS’ website serves to drive certain calls to action with clear messaging presented without jargon or extraneous verbiage. The content for the two groups of users was written very distinctly and separately.
